If you’re not completely satisfied at any time into the future, contact us to work out a solution. We just ask for your honest feedback (help us) and a chance to satisfy your concern (help you). We are a small business and officially all sales are final.

Product issues:  If there is an unacceptable variation from the advertised item please let us know. Also definitely contact for material and craftsmanship flaws. Since each item is handmade to order there will be slight variations in form and finish, this makes your purchase unique.

Shipping issues:  If you receive an item damaged in shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep the original shipment box, and take photos of the item/packaging damage.
