A floating shelf should look like it has no visible support. Ours are made from solid hardwoods or hardwood-faced engineered woods, with hidden mounting and clean edges, in forms that go beyond the plain plank: curled oak, angled triangles, integrated LED ledge. Use one to hold a single object or group several into a composition. They're strong enough for books and refined enough for the pieces you collect.
